Teaching Experience (Student Evaluation = 1 excellent - 3 average - 5 poor):

      Graduate Courses:

    Student Design Competition:

      Undergraduate Courses:

Foundation of the Psychology of Design (PoD) lab (August 2009)

Visit our digital residence at <http://www.psychofdesign.com>. Research in the PoD focuses on the creation of usable interfaces by adapting psychological theories to the design process. The goal of PoD is to scientifically develop and test design considerations using formal and practical methodologies.

Cofounder (with Dr. Brian Cronk), Developer and Director of the Master of Applied Science (MAS): Human Factors and Usability Testing (August 2009)

Our graduate program highlights curriculum from the four major areas necessary for developing products within a competitive environment: design, evaluation, implementation and professional phenomena surrounding. Further, it was designed to focus on understanding human-centered design from a cognitive viewpoint; how a user will perceive, process, and respond to a product.

As acting director my responsibilities include: building partnerships with industry, recruitment of students, annual assessment of the program and facilitating communication between students/admissions/graduate studies.
